AND GUIDELINES

Paying commissions that are owed to the agency is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Please honor the commitment that you made to the agency and make sure that your commissions are up to date.

As a general rule, we have given you the courtesy of having your paychecks and residual payments go directly to you so you get paid faster, but that leaves agency commission payments on the honor system-this is your responsibility to keep up to date. This is the only income for our agency.

If you are wondering if you have paid your commissions owed to your agent, the most basic rule of thumb is that if you were paid directly from a production, it is your responsibility to pay your agent from your payment, unless otherwise directed by your agent (in some very rare instances, the agency fee is paid directly to the agent).

• Agency fees are a 10% commission from the gross amount an actor has been paid for work on set and residual payments (with additional rules and regulations set by SAG-AFTRA, see link below).

• If actors are paid from the agency, the agency fee has been taken out and the actor is not responsible for paying the agency fee.

• All agency commissions on bookings and/or residuals are bound by SAG-AFTRA rules and regulations.

• Even if you are not a member of SAG-AFTRA yet, you can track your residuals on their portal.
